About Me

For over 10 years, I struggled with my weight. I knew what it felt like to try diet after diet, start and stop workout programs, and feel like real change just wasn’t possible. I felt frustrated, stuck, and unsure of where to turn.

But I didn’t give up. Slowly, I began learning what actually works — not quick fixes, but real, sustainable changes. I discovered the power of building healthy habits, finding workouts I enjoyed, and giving my body the fuel it needed. That journey completely changed my life, and it gave me a passion I never expected: helping others do the same.

Today, I’m proud to say I am a certified personal trainer — but more importantly, I’m someone who understands what it feels like to be at the very beginning of your fitness journey. That’s why I specialize in working with people who are brand new to fitness, especially those who want to lose weight and don’t know where to start.

My mission is simple: to guide you step by step, to help you avoid the mistakes I made, and to show you that you can transform your body and your life — no matter where you’re starting from. Whether your goal is to lose weight, feel stronger, or simply have more energy for everyday life, I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.
